GPT-6.1 Luna release date

GPT-6.1 now has Sol and Terra tiers. A cheaper Luna tier is a guess with weak evidence.

About GPT-6.1 Luna

GPT-6 shipped with Sol and Luna tiers, and GPT-6.1 Sol followed on 29 September. A GPT-6.1 Luna would fill the obvious gap. The evidence is thin: tier names exist for only two versions, and dates in OpenAI's developer toolkit (SDK) can lag real launches. We give it about 30% for November and about 55% by the end of the year.
